DEEP PURPLE: Live at The BBC

  25 March 2023

Jo Whiley presents the last BBC Radio 2 In Concert of 2017 with one of the biggest heavy metal bands in the world, Deep Purple.

After forming in Hertford in 1968, they went on to sell over 100 million albums worldwide, and have inspired a generation of musicians for over 40 decades. Their back catalogue of seminal hits include Smoke On The Water, Child In Time and Highway Star.

They take to the stage to play classic tracks along with some new material from their latest album Infinite to an intimate crowd at the BBC's Radio Theatre in London.
