It’s a fresh notion but, for me, I doubt I will ever abandon the tried and true.
Who is it we’re communicating with?
If we’re describing our system to a perfect stranger then I doubt either term will have much meaning. Over the years I have seen too many glazed eyes whenever I try and describe what it is we do or desire.
Which leaves those of us that get what we do.
Though it doesn’t make much sense unless one repeats the entire string, my preference has always been Hi-Fi, Mid-Fi, and Low-Fi.
When strung together they perfectly describe the various forms of our art.
