Bertrand Russell and the Linn – NAIM mujahedeen

Howard Popeck:

During a very convivial lunch with my wonderful friend Derek Laval last Friday we got around to the subject of philosophy. It’s something I'm interested in but know very little about. Anyway, Derek mentioned a quotation from Bertrand Russell that seemed to me to sum up the lunacy thriving at the margins of far too many online audio forums including the Naim one in particular.

“The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts.”

Bertrand Russell

British author, mathematician, & philosopher (1872 - 1970)
