GRAHAM AUDIO: Reader identifies a viable Harbeth M30 substitute; the Graham Audio LS5/9

We received the following email and we thank the writer

Hello Howard,

I hope you are well.   I just wanted to pass on a recommendation about a speaker I heard at Bristol last weekend: the Graham Audio LS5/9. It is based on the original LS5/9 design, rather than the BBC production models.  Derek Hughes worked on the crossover and other aspects of the design.   The end result is something similar to the Harbeth M30 with less clarity in the midband but tighter bass.

Kind regards,
