That could be hard to to determine exactly. “Come Together” is a good candidate though. It was among the last Beatles songs recorded for “Abbey Road” and John Lennon said it was written in the studio during the “Abbey Road” sessions. That was probably after he got back from his Scotland car accident that happened in early July 1969.
The last song recorded by the Beatles (or in this case, Threetles - McCartney, Harrison and Starr) during Lennon’s lifetime was “I Me Mine”, but of course George Harrison had that written at least as far back as the sessions held at Twickenham Film Studio in January 1969.
