BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN; Sentimental Journey: Live At KLOL Studios In Houston, TX On March 9, 1974 (CD) by Bruce Springsteen

The reels used for Sentimental Journey were rescued from the trash when KLOL was purging their tape library, considering the quality of the performances here, it's hard to imagine them possibly being lost forever in a landfill somewhere in East Texas. Along with tracks from his first two LPs, the live radio set also includes the obscure Bruce deep cut favorite, "The Fever", which was only available at the time as a demo promo that had been sent to a handful of progressive stations, including KLOL where it was receiving significant airplay and listener interest. The classic live set is supplemented here by 3 more rarities from a 1973 Boston radio session and is available on CD or beige vinyl LP in high quality remastered sound.
