Composer, songwriter, producer, musical director, and artist … these roles only scratch the surface of the work of Fred Mollin. Despite a very successful career in each of these realms in his professional life, Mollin still has a favourite – namely ‘Producing’. Leaving school at the age of 16 to pursue his musical career, Mollin eventually broke into record producing in 1974. By the late 70’s he had already received a Grammy Award nomination for Dan Hill’s “Sometimes When We Touch”.
