It is good to see Ken Kesler associated with your operation. I applaud your ethical approach to your retail product selection and your open minded position. Your recognition that the customer is not always right is spot on. The difference of opinion and the stride for the ongoing pursuit of truth is refreshing.
All I can say is - thank you. Ken was an occasional writer for this site. Nowadays he's very busy with Hi-Fi News, and writing about his other loves which include Italian supercars, state-of-the-art fountain pens and ultra sophisticated watches. And from time to time we have lunch too. And we talk more about Chicago Blues than we do hi-fi. In fact we talk about a lot of other things than we do about hi-fi!
